2017 has truly become the year of going larger in Wayne’s stained glass. Large projects have happened here at Nutmeg Designs (who remembers the 2- four digit mosaic house number that included a butterfly, feather, and hippo?) But after celebrating irises and then oranges in transoms, we were happy to be part of the tradition of placing a stained glass house number into a historic home.

The 815 Transom project began many many moons ago, complete with the client sending the window frame itself, before it finally got shipped. But all that communication with an old Twitter acquaintance (now Instagram) led to a final project which brought joy to maker and client. But the 815 was only the first part. The second:
